For our first tasting as Cork Whiskey Society, we felt we had to stay within the confines of the People's Republic.

Founded in 2008, we've not yet had the pleasure of sampling some of the West Cork Distillers make. However, this Skibbereen based distillery has recently released a series of varied expressions.

West Cork "10 Year Old"
