We are delighted to visit Skibbereen, and the home of West Cork Distillers, at the end of this month.

We will learn about the unique distilling regime practiced by West Cork distillers and will take this opportunity to witness our West Cork pot still spirit maturing away in an aromatic distillery warehouse.

Many of us have fond memories of our December 2016 tasting with John O' Connell (especially that once-in-a-lifetime chance to select a cask of pot still, malt or grain whiskey) and the man himself will be on hand to guide us through his beloved distillery.

This event will include a return bus trip, a guided tour of the distillery, a sampling of West Cork whiskeys and a bite to eat in the Glencariff Arms, West Cork. Shir' where would you get it?

Please note that the bus will depart Patricks Quay, Cork (behind the Metropole) at 9:15am. We expect to be back to Patricks Quay at approximately 7pm.
